    Can I use this on a sub domain

    Can i host classipress on my sub domain? I have a website and i am looking to add a classified page. www.euxonline.com

    Yes you should be able to use classipress on a subdomain.

    Classipress is theme and so you need to have it as a separate wordpress install either through a folder or a sub-domain.
