Can Vantage do This?
Hi. I have a couple of questions?
1) I would like to populate my directory with basic listings of just the name of a business, address and phone number and then charge owners to expand it with other info and description etc, is this possible? It seems like I'd have to contact them with the log in info for their listing so they could log in and change it? Or could they just claim it with their own log in info by clicking "create listing/add a business now" and then they would be charged for the new info they added? Could I change the "create listing/add a business now" button description to read "update listing" and can I do this from the back end or will I have to get into the code?
2) I'd like the category and home page featured listings to be rotated so every listing gets a turn at the 1,2,3,etc spot depending on how many listings there are, i don't think vantage does this? If not how hard would it be to do this? Can the number of category/home page featured listings be limited to a certain number, say 1,5or 10,etc?
3) I'd also like the expanded paid listings I talked about in question #1 to be listed before the free listings and possibly rotated also as in question#2, is this possible without changing the code? If not is this hard to do?
4) If these changes have to be custom coded would I have to hire a coder again when vantaged is updated? I know there is no firm answer on this but would just like to get an idea of how likely this would be?
