Can you charge job seekers a monthly fee to be a member

Hi there,

I was wondering if you can charge job seekers a monthly fee to be a member? And also do job seekers have a section were they can view a list of previous jobs they have applied for?

JobRoller includes options to charge employers to list jobs (this includes job plans where you can allow xx amount of job listings to be posted for $xx - more settings can be seen here), as well as an option to charge employers to view resumes, but no general membership option outside of these. Job Seekers can view their "starred" (favourite) jobs in the dashboard, but not specifically those they have applied for. Thanks.
