Can you customize JOBROLLER?

My customer wants to setup a Job offering site but with the following customizations:
1. Instead of job seeker, there will be teachers offering their services
2. Instead of Companies offering jobs, there will be students searching for a teacher
3. The categories will cover the subjects teachers teach (Math, English, Physics, etc.)
4. We need it so that from the beggining, the site can be redirected for "students looking for teachers" or "teachers offering their services"
5. We need confirmation that site can be translated to spanish.

The theme itself can be used for whatever genre without customization, unless you're looking to actually change the default text of things like job posting buttons or theme text (not including e.g categories which are loaded by you anyway). Our themes can be translated into any language, as detailed on our languages page.
