Can you help me create a feature that you currently don't offer?

I want to create a listing site, like craigslist sort of. I want to offer ads for free, but then offer upgrades, such as UPGRADE to get your ad posted to the FEATURED ADS slot.

I want this to be automated, so if someone is trying to sell their item, then for 24 hours they will rotate often up in the Featured slots. If they want to pay an upgrade fee every day, then they could do that without need to contact support to help them get it in there.

Can we possibly talk about doing something like this?
