No admin option yet to have a common user login for all the themes and so it will require code customization to implement. However, this has been requested already

Is it possible to use jobroller classipress and vantage in a way that user that is already loggedin/registered in either site will be registered in other 2 sites?
Third party plugins are not guaranteed to work out of the box with the themes and so we could not yet check if the plugin you have referred to will work without any problem until it is tested by the AppThemes staff. Here are the current list of recommended plugins
