It is ultimately an estimate, but we make our best efforts to keep to the dates, so unless this changes on the page itself - I too would expect the release to be close to what we have currently posted on the page. I would say that if leading up to that current date you have time to check in on the page again, it will give you an idea of how on track we are with the release as it will be updated if any change is expected.
