Category and Image questions on mobile and desktop

We are looking for a theme that will closely resemble sites we have already built, but that are not yet responsive or in Word Press.
We'd like to re-create them in Word Press so they look and act like the originals like one found here: www.divecharterlistings.com
    or here: www.liveaboardlistings.com

    We have 4 preliminary questions.

1.) Your listing images are smaller and less visible than other directory sites on your home page and category views.
They also do not show at all on mobile/responsive idevices. Can this be adjusted or is it being worked on?
    If not, will it be?

2.) Is it possible to give each category its own background and color scheme?

3.) In other posts you address turning the large homepage map on or off, but can it just be sized down so that it
is not so tall, especially on desktops? I don't see that option in the demo admin panel.

4.) You say the Vantage theme is "SEO Friendly", exactly how so? And you reccomend Yoast or All in One seo in
some of your other posts, so will these plugins interfere with your "built-in SEO Friendliness" or not and how so?

    Thanks for your help.

    In Answer to your questions:

    1) There are no immediate plans to change the default image size at this time, so this is something you could adjust through customization on your part if you wish. Our themes are not encrypted so you are free to do make modifications if you wish. Our Vantage theme is responsive, with no specific image display issues reported. Do you have a link to the specific listing/image not displaying for you?

    2) Potentially through customization you could. You can read more about customization of our themes here.

    3) There is no resize option for this by default, so again this would require customization.

    4) WordPress itself is already SEO friendly, and with our themes, page titles are optimally structured, URL's are short and keyword rich, and the on-page factors are taken care of. Use of plugins such as Yoast for WordPress and All in one SEO are also recommended as they also allow additional configuration not already built into the theme. Thanks.

We can see NO listing thumbnail type images on homepages or other listing pages on any of our ios or responsive devices. Also no images in responsive desktop resizing to mobile sizes.

My apologies for the delay, I have been advised that the issue with thumbnails not appearing is to be resolved in the next version of Vantage, although will be available sooner to exisiting customers in the latest development build. Thanks.
