Category and location pages

Hello id like to purchase the vantage theme.
Since i want to use it as a bussiness directory i have 2 questions.

1. Is it possible to give the category pages a unique content, metadescription and meta title?

2.Do location pages exist? Like domain.com/location/newyork
And can i give these locations also a unique content, title and metadescription?

1. The theme itself doesn't have specific settings for the category pages as described so there would be some customization involved on your part of you wanted to add other content to those pages, however you can change the custom post type & taxonomy URL names in the Vantage admin dashboard here. The WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin mentioned on the Recommended plugins page allows additional title and meta description settings to be configured.

can you estimate how difficult it would be to customize the theme in described way,
and also to mak location pages possible?

For example if i start a project on odesk.

Is it possible or would it be very complex and expensive?
