Category Sorting and URL

1) Can you custom sort the categories
2) Would it be possible to have the URL for locations similar to: mywebsite.com/Florida/Orlando?
3) We will be using this system for the travel industry and would like a unique video to show up for each location above all the listings. Is this possible? For example, when someone goes to the URL http://www.mywebsite.com/Florida/Orlando it would show a video about Orlando.

Disable Maps?

Can you disable the Maps that load on each page?

These would all require customization of the default theme as there are no specific settings which allow what you have described. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to modify them as you wish. Thanks.
