i need to have an importat information before buy the vantage template. If i need to add a custom fields (for example i need to add the e-mail address under the website in the list description) i can do?

If i need to add some custom fields i can? Also, the template is responsive?

Vantage has a custom form builder which allows you to create your own form, with fields of your choice, and apply them to specific categories. You can read more about it (and watch the tutorial video) on this blog post.
