Changing display of carousel

Is it possible to change the display of the carousel for featured ads (on home page) ? Also to remove the 'mouseover' for enlarging the images ?

I prefer the look of the carousel on this theme : sitemile

Is it possible to make it like that - its much more suitable for what I want.

The featured ads slider that comes with ClassiPress by default is the one you see on the demo site, so unless you make the customization yourself, or use a plugin such as what is offered in the AppThemes marketplace: Slider Ultimate, then there are no additional options within the theme itself for it. The mouseover preview can be disabled from the ClassiPress admin dashboard. Thanks.
