changing front/home page

i see that the home/front page is usually the job listings, is there any way that can be changed so the home page is another page, and if so how would a user be able to access the "jobs" listings pages? can a menu for this page be placed along with other menus?

Our themes are not specifically designed to use static pages (which WordPress does offer in the settings), so whilst you can choose to set a static page, certain features may not function correctly without customization on your part. You can use custom menus to allow access through the menu itself though. Thanks.
