I would like to buy Jobroller, but I will need to charge employees to post their resumes.

From what I read in your Forum, that would need some customization from your part.

Can you tell me the cost for that, please?

Yes that's correct, charging job seekers to post resumes is not currently a default feature of JobRoller.

AppThemes does not offer customization services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire. If you make contact directly with an outline of your requirements, they will be able to provide a quote for the work. Thanks.
