My client doesn't want to charge his customers to place an ad until he develops
a following, I'm just wondering is that option available in this theme to submit ads for free until such time you want to set that part up?

You can have free listings. Let me know if you need any help on setup (personal information removed for your security)

Yes you can have free ad listings in place and then set up paid ad packs later if you wish. One thing to note though is that if you allow ad renewals as well, those ads will renew based on the original terms of the listing, so if it was a free listing to start with it will also renew for free. You can't have a free listing which renews to a paid listing. Thanks.

Classified Theme

With the classified theme can it be set up to search by city and by category?

ClassiPress includes an advanced search function which appears as a "refine results" option in the category view sidebar, as shown on the ClassiPress demo. There you can search for more specific location based information and other custom fields as created by you. Thanks.
