    Can I purchase Ultra Classifieds Child Theme and use it without any other purchase.

    The Ultra Classifieds child theme is a child theme for ClassiPress, which means you need to have an instance of ClassiPress installed first or else it will not function - so yes, you would need to purchase ClassiPress AND Ultra Classifieds child theme. Thanks.
