    Classipress integration with preexisting theme?

I was wondering if it was possible to integrate classipress with my existing theme. I have read the docs saying that I would need to run it with a separate install, but that just doesn't make sense I think.

Wouldn't it be possible to have it work with WP 3.1 and custom post types to say - move it to a folder mytheme/classipress?

Any ideas, suggestions etc. are very welcome.

There are a lot of specialized codes/functions in classipress and so you need to have its core structure.

If you can't have it through separate install you can just modify it to look like your current theme. It would require a lot of coding work though.
