could you please tell me, would it be possible both on the same site, same wp installation?
as I want to have classifieds and job posting separatly on my site
I'm afraid it's not possible because these two are wordpress theme and 1wordpress installation can run only one theme. I ahve also run classifieds and directories on my domain name. What i have done is install different wordpress in two subfolders (e.g /classifieds and the other /directories). And i just have a menu/link from my main site to open this pages. The main trick is make them look like the same ;)

my concern then is admin, does anybody to link both admin, so I don't have to log in everytime on both of them (I know this question is out of wpthemes boundaries) but I'm sure many would like to know!
Yes, what mariecon says is correct regarding them both being themes which require their own instance of WordPress. In terms of admin, probably the closest thing to what you want to make it easier would be to use the Super Admin in a WordPress Multisite setup.
