Can you tell me if your classipress will allow me to do this:

I want to have a required Membership fee - $10 a year and the ability to set posting limits, for instance $1 a month gets you 5 posts a month.

Also, does your script offer geographical search parameters so I can search by city, country or globally?

ClassiPress has a membership/subscription option, however this is a set price for an unlimited number of posts. It would require customization on your part if you were looking to set other otions not currently available by default. There is an advanced search functionality which is located in the category view sidebar as seen on the ClassiPress demo site, and there you can search by location and other custom field options.
