The "Percentage of ad price" pricing option is not based on after sale, it is just a percentage of what the customer is selling the item for and is paid prior to the listing being published. Transactions for actual sale of items occurs directly between the seller and buyer, not within the theme, so there are no shipping options built into it. Thanks.
