ClassiPress itself by default only have 1 registration type, so making personal and business users different in this way would require customization on your part. ClassiPress is not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications a you wish. There's not really anything within the theme that manages what you describe though other than a user posting in a specific category. Thanks.
