Classipress User Registration Fields

I noticed that there are only States in the Registration for Classipress. How would you change it to provinces for Canada or other countries? OR is this even possible.

By default, the theme has the "States" field filled with US States, however you can easily update this from the ClassiPress admin dashboard. You can update the field values and replace these with states/provinces applicable for your country as well as change the title itself.

well what level of changes can be done through the admin? I mean just cosmetic or what?
