DOES clipper support a member saving a coupon to their "favorites" for later use?

Does Clipper have a sign up gateway that allows new merchants to select from subscription packages, purchase and begin uploading coupons on their own??

Clipper does not have either of these features at this time, however you can charge for individual coupon posting if you wish. Outside of that, adding the functionality you describe would require customization of the default theme on your part. Clipper is not encrypted, so you are free to make changes if you wish. Thanks.
