Clipper not working properly on mobile devices

Hi,
I want to purchase Clipper but in demo and other sites working on clipper I found common problem. When we browse the demo or sites working on clipper through mobile devices the theme seems partly responsive and partly non responsive. Means the Nav bar and footer is not fully expanded in the mobile devices. Can you plz explain. Thanks

Clipper is not currently a responsive theme, so we don't market it to be either. It is planned for a future release though, and once it is implemented we will outline it as a feature of the theme. Thanks.
