The last version of Clipper v1.4 which was released just at the end of last month was a major release, but did not include the responsive design changes. This will occur in a future version of Clipper, however at this time the next estimated release date has not yet been indicated on our
theme release status page, it will not likely be until after March though. We will update the theme release status page as soon as we have a time frame for this. Thanks.
