The site that I am building needs to be a business directory (Vantage) with a subscription option that would allow the user to submit coupons (Clipper). Is there a way that I could utilize the features of both themes, but maintain a single payment plan and user profile?

Ultimately this would require customization on your part, as the themes themselves are not designed to be used on a single WordPress installation in this way, with no built in option to merge features. Although you can use multiple themes on a single website (installed in subdirectories), and even share the user database itself, you'd still need additional modification for payments. Thanks.

This can either be done as part of a WordPress multisite network or you can find documentation such as this which explains it a bit more. Thanks.
