I'd like to buy ClassiPress, but for that to happen, the issue would
to be able to Combra commission on sales, for example, 2% of

I'm in Brazil.

There is a pricing mode where you can charge sellers with a percentage of the Item/Ad price. It might be what you are looking for.

On other hand, integration of your payment gateway may require modification on your own to implement. There are no encrypted codes in the themes and so you can modify it according to your needs.
