complex search (dropdowns & checkboxes)

Hi I have searched and not sure if I have the correct answer. Can this allow for a complex search. (I.E. let the visitor make a selection from multiple dropdowns as well as check multiple check boxes for options they want the listing to have). All this to produce one very targeted search.

If it dont do you know of any that do as I cant seem to find one?
