    concern over support

    Why has vantage got such a bad reputation for support...how can you convince us that support is good. We think your theme is right for us at this stage but doubts remain about service. Please reply soonest and please redress the balance.

    I'm not entirely sure what the bad reputation is that you mention? Is there a specific concern you have with the theme that we can address? Thanks.
