    I'm new to this so my question may seem simple, but it is difficult for a newbee to find the annual cost of buying a classipress with an apptheme and someone that will host the site. Do I understand correctly that it is a one-time fee to buy an apptheme (does the fee include classipress) that I can edit for my own classified website and then easily upload to most web-hosting sites?

    It is just one time fee to purchase Classipress. It does not include the web hosting and so you can host it anywhere you want.
