1. Can you edit the country field and state field so that it makes sense. Ie say you have 2 countries plus the US, you can easily add the additional states for those countries and delete all the countries from the current list that are not relevant.

2. Is there any way for a customer to add a sub-category?

3. when will 3.1 be out
4. Can you decide which pages the comments appear on? Or are they on or off for all pages.

1. Yes, you can edit the field values for these fields and add to or remove the default US values.

2. No, categories and subcategories are created by you in the WordPress admin.

3. You can view estimated release dates on the Theme Release Status page.

4. By default they are on for all pages, but with some custom coding you could disable them for either the blog posts or the ad pages if you wanted to.
