Can you change the wording on the template from coupon to something else? There are a few places where it says featured coupons, new coupons, get coupons. I just want to change the word coupon. Also, I have alot of posts, in order to use them as a coupon post, do I have to re-enter them into the coupon section on the dashboard?

There is no option in the Clipper admin dashboard to make this change, so it would involve customization of the default theme on your part. Clipper is not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications such as this if you wish. We recommend the use of a child theme so that you don't lose all of your changes in the process of an update.
