Hi,

What are the data sources that we can import coupons from after we purchase & install this theme?

Does this theme supports importing data from icodes?

Coupons can be manually imported in bulk using the built in csv import tool in Clipper, or alternatively you could look at the Coupilia feed plugin as mentioned in this blog post. There is no specific integration for icodes built into the theme. Thanks.

I'm trying to contact Coupilia but they have an error in the contact form in their site.
Doesn't answer on their facebook also.

How can I reach them?

Unfortunately we don't have other contact information outside of what you would see on their website. Perhaps you may like to try their contact form again (in case they had temporary issues which have now been resolved?), and if you're not having luck with posting on their FB Wall or using the "Message" function on their FB page, there is also Twitter. Thanks.

Tried again the contact page on the site - same error. No answer on facebook either.

I understand that this is out of your control.

However, not being able to contact your main & recommended data provider is a deal breaker for us (and I'm sure many of your potential clients that haven't complained yet).

I still believe that your theme is a good product so I'll wait another day to see if you can find a way for us to contact them.
If not we'll have to go with a competing product unfortunately.
