CP themes

I am about to purchase a CP theme, but the different choices are confusing me. I only need it for one website, and I need it to be able to accept payments for posting.. would the personal option allow this? I noticed the business option mentioned paypal??

The Small Business, Professional and Ultimate edition licences include additional features relating to payments, but all of the licence packages will allow you to collect payment via PayPal, including the Personal Edition Licence.
