You can create custom forms in Vantage with custom fields as well, so if by "clickable", you mean you want the user to be able to select from a list of specialities when posting their listing then yes you can certainly do this. If you check out the "Add new custom form"
here in the Vantage admin demo, you will see that you can add radio buttons, check boxes, and dropdown lists for this purpose. If that is not what you meant, please feel free to clarify. Thanks.
