Custom (and searchable fields) for posting jobs and resumes?

Hi,

I've had a question about the theme JobPress.

Is it possible to create custom fields for posting a job?

Besides category, jobtype, city, experiene year. I would like to add fields like height, haircolor, ethnicity, etc. And a job seeker can also use the search function to check those extra fields, is that possible?

No default options on these yet but possible through code customization. The theme is not encrypted and so it can be modified accordingly.
