Customers can create 24hours email alerts with all the adds from a category ?

I am interested in ClassiPress theme an for my project i need to have a feature with custom alerts. As an example: send me all adds in the cars category appeared in the last 24 hours -> and a script will check every night the registrants and will send those emails.

I need to know if ClassiPress already has this feature and if it doesen't how hard it is to create one?
