    Customizing "Create New Ticket" fields

    I am looking at the Quality Control theme and was wondering if there is a way to customize the fields at all when creating a new ticket?

    There is no custom forum builder within the theme's admin dashboard, so it would require customization of the default theme files if you were looking to modify the default fields. The theme is not encrypted, so you are free to modify it if you wish. Thanks.
