Customizing HireBee

Hi!

I am going to build a startup business which goal is to match employers/customer with companies/workers/professionals within my country. I've been looking at the features of HireBee and noticed that it's mainly made for online transactions between freelancers that do digital work for someone in the need. My business would not only cover digital freelancing but practically any service that anyone could ever need (for example babysitting, personal training, constructing). Could this work good with the HireBee theme? The second thing is that i would not like to force any of the cash transactions between the customer/employer and worker/freelancer/professional, rather just give them the options to handle payments independently or through us. The idea is to match users and then give them the freedom to do whatever. Paypal is a completely unknown thing in my country which leaves credit cards and bank wire transfer as the only payment methods that would be used. I really doubt that my users would trust or have enough technical knowledge to use Paypal smoothly and without any hassle, which makes the cash transactions a bit tricky and would therefore like to give users the possibility to skip payments through us if they do not want that. The only monetizing at start would be charging for premium listings and additional content and i would like to give users a possibility to pay these with an SMS (text messages). Is this anything that could be implemented?

HireBee already includes a bank transfer option as well as the default PayPal payment gateway, but this is essentially for handling payments to post the listings (you cn also allow free listings). If you're looking for the customers to pay you for the services, for you to then distribute the funds, it is the PayPal adaptive payments functionality which handles escrow payments.. so you'd still need to use that. Ultimately what you describe would require customization on your part, as it's not how the theme works by default - whilst AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who are experienced at working with our themes.
