Customizing Jobroller

I wanted to purchase your theme jobroller. However I wanted to know a few things before I decide. I plan to use it for single company job board. ie. only back end admin will add jobs. to that point here are a few questions.

1. Can we disable the register/dashboard functionality since only our HR staff will be adding jobs?
2. Instead of "submit jobs" can we have have "submit resume" (job seeks can be required to register if necessary"
3. Adjust the height of the header area?
4. Remove the "dashboard", Login/Reister menu on the top right corner?

If this is not optional within the current framework. do you have custom development to makes this changes? and how do we proceed with that.

In answer to your questions:

1. Yes you can disable registrations easily from within the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. When a user registers as a job seeker, they will see the option to add a resume via their dashboard, changing this to something more prominent on the homepage would require customization on your part, but can be done.
3. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to make modifications if you wish.
4. As these are default links, it would require customization to remove them.
