Classipress includes 10 color schemes of which can be selected through the Classipress admin settings. You can try the different color styles at the demo page http://demos.appthemes.com/?theme=classipress.

Thanks for your quick response. Just wanted to know if I could create my own and add it to the dropdown so if I ever upgrade the software it is not over written.
This is possible but will require code customization and specially the use of child themes http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes so that your modifications will not be overwritten when update comes.
