this is a jobroller question - is there any way I can change the text on the user dashboard and I also want to add an option for users to upload a word file version of the resume. looking at the current system there seems no way of doing this which makes it difficult for employers to print out the resume/

the situation is such - a job seeker can activate an account - log on and update a resume - but the customer wants the user to be able to post the resume as a word document or other format.

the employee can log on and view resumes and click on the word document and load it in word - or whatever - and print it off - is this possible??

Our themes are not encrypted, so if you do wish to make modifications to the default theme files you can do so. At this time you are correct, JobRoller does not work in the way you describe (being able to upload resume's as a document), so this would certainly involve customization on your part if you were to implement such a thing.
