Dev license question

Have a handful of clients running custom job boards and would like to introduce this to them, so I would like to offer it as a managed website so they can try it out and see if it is something they would like. Does the dev license allow me to create multiple instances of JobRoller on my hosting account for my clients without them having to buy their own license?
