Developer License and Lifetime upgrade

Hi,

I'm interested to buy the Developer License $149, however, after reading the news update that verson 3 is expected to be released at the end of January next year, and the script is going to be completely rewritten, I've become more keen to wait until January next year, however, I'd like to ask a few questions that might change my mind:
1. Will the Developer license (currently $149) price stay the same $149 when version 3 is released?
2. If we purchased now, do we get an unlimited lifetime upgrade of the script? If this is the case, I'll surely purchase the script now and upgrade to v.3 later when it's released :twisted:
3. Will the 50% discount still apply if we purchase hosting through ClassiPress hosting partner next year?

1. There's a possible price increase when version 3 is released.
2. As far as I know, upgrades are free.
3. I guess we need to ask David (Classipress Owner) for that.

Definitely buy now.. prices are going up and yes, upgrades are free forever!

Yeah I don't know the answer to the last question either :)

Sorry, yes your questions were posted during the holiday season.. It's most likely Dave has been busy working on CP 3.0 so probably hasn't had much time to scan the forums :) Hope to have an answer for you soon..

Yes, the 50% discount is valid until the promo is taken down. ClassiPress prices will be increasing soon as well so I recommend locking in your price sooner rather than later! :twisted:

Hi Dave, so the price will go up as soon as the new version is released, could you advise how much the new version will cost?
So I can know how much I'll save if I buy now than later.

I'm still not quite convinced with the free lifetime upgrade, so could you clarify if we also get free lifetime upgrade as well before and after the new version is released?

Dave, sorry don't mean to buy you down, looks like you're very busy working on CP v3.0, but I'd just to make sure that with the current price $149, we'll get free lifetime upgrade even though after v3.0 is out?

And also maybe you could give us a ball park figure of how much CP will cost when v3.0 is out?

I personally don't know the increased price to come, but no matter how you look at it - you are definitely going to be better off buying now while CP is at its current rate :D
