There is a few things I would like to develop into the actual jobroller theme itself if I purchase jobroller as a developer I there somewhere in jobroller I can just add code to to action the development code / changes I add to the jobroller theme ?

When you purchase the theme you will receive all of the theme files, and the code is not encrypted, so you are free to make customizations if you wish. We recommend the use of a child theme when making customizations as this will prevent you losing all of your modifications in the process of an update. Thanks.
