Is there a plugin or is anyone working on a plugin that allows the admin user to see how many job applications each job is getting and same question for the recruiter dashboard for jobroller this would be such a great feature ?

There isn't anything specifically for this purpose currently in the AppThemes marketplace, and no immediate plans in a future release of the theme at this time. AppThemes does not offer customization services, however if you are interested in a quote for this kind of modification, we do have a certified partners page where you can find developer for hire.
