Currently our methods of purchasing the theme are PayPal or credit card via PayPal. As a last resort option we could possibly process a manual transaction through Google Checkout, however I imagine you'll still need a credit card to complete this as well.
Sorry we do not have other methods outside of this.
You may just ask a friend or relatives with credit cards to help you with the purchase.
