Hi Ryan, you can add any pages you like using the Appearance > Menus option of the WordPress admin dashboard, but the theme does not currently display the pages in a dropdown (i.e. child pages appear as parent pages). This is something we are looking at changing in a future release, but for the moment it would require some customization on your part in order to have the sub-pages appear under the parent page.
