There are no options within the theme which can handle multiple languages in this way, and although there are third party plugins which do offer this functionality, they will not work out of the box. Currently we are working on compatibility with
WPMU as mentioned here, however there is unfortunately no timeline as to when this will be available for Vantage at this time. Thanks.
