    Do Edit ads REappear under LATEST ADS section

    If users edit and make changes to their ad, does it place it back in "latest ads" section and at top of ads listings?

    No, it is the publishing date that counts.

    Hi Blue Cafe
    Would any of WP products would offer a message board/forum app. For instance, people would have to register their profile and then publish daily postings ?

    Not sure if I understood your question right. If you want to add a forum to your site you could check out bbpress or simplepress forum plugin. It's not part of classipress though.
